A British games PR, brand and marketing manager, who worked at various games publishers over a decade and a half. Ayers entered the industry in 2008 as a sales executive at Konami, before being promoted to PR manager and then European brand manager. He left Konami in 2014 to join Capcom as a brand manager, and then in 2021 he joined Paradox Interactive as senior product marketing manager. Most recently, he joined Sega Europe in a similar role.
