A Welsh actor best known for his recurring role as Dr. Bombay on Bewitched (1966-1972), Fox similarly stole scenes in Hogan's Heroes (1965-1970). He had an early cameo in A Night to Remember (1958) as the lookout who spots the iceberg that sank the Titanic, only for one of his final roles to come in James Cameron's Titanic (1997).
