A British games programmer and creator, who worked on numerous titles in the 1980s through to the 2000s. After creating the likes of Dropzone (1984) for the Atari 800 and International Karate (1986) and its sequel IK+ (1987) for the Commodore 64, he started to develop games based on pool and snooker. This led to the creation of Jimmy White’s ‘Whirlwind’ Snooker (1991) and Archer Maclean’s Pool (1992). He set up his own company, Awesome Developments (aka Awesome Studios), in the late 1990s, which released Jimmy White’s 2: Cueball (2000), Jimmy White’s Cueball World (2001), Pool Paradise (2004), Strike Hydra Force (2004), Mercury (2005) and Wheelspin (2009).
