An Italian chef whose books and restaurants made his name a global culinary brand synonymous with Italian cuisine, Carluccio was also a charismatic TV personality. He was a regular contributor on shows such as BBC’s Food and Drink, and also presented his own series including Antonio Carluccio’s Italian Feast (1996) and Two Greedy Italians (2011-2012).
