Andrew Veitch

A British journalist whose career began on the Middlesbrough Evening Gazette before joining The Guardian, Veitch became a vital voice as the paper’s medical correspondent reporting on the AIDS crisis. He joined Channel 4 in 1988 as an on-air science correspondent, and from 2003 made documentaries for BBC World through Rockhopper Productions.
