An American composer whose career began penning hit songs for Earth, Wind & Fire, Willis was best known for her song ‘I’ll Be There For You’ which performed by The Rembrandts became the indelible theme tune to Friends (1994-2004). She also notably penned a number of original songs for Howard the Duck (1986).
