A British production designer, who won two BAFTAs for his television work on An Englishman Abroad (1983) and Portrait of a Marriage (1990) and a nomination for Scarlet and Black (1993). Stuart Walker’s other notable credits included early Doctor Who story ‘The Savages’ (1966), The Further Adventures of the Musketeers (1967), Little Women (1970), Jane Eyre (1973), Chester Mystery Cycle (1976), A Private Function (1984), Road (1987), The Camomile Lawn (1992), Captives (1994), Hollow Reed (1996), Wall of Silence (2004) and multiple play adaptations for the BBC.
