László Kovács

Fleeing his Hungarian homeland with fellow film student Vilmos Zsigmond following the 1956 uprising, Kovacs became identified with a classic era of American film. He lit Easy Rider (1969), Five Easy Pieces (1970) and a broad range from Paper Moon (1973) to Ghostbusters (1984) to My Best Friend's Wedding (1997).
