As part of a new series of features and to mark the UN’s International Day of People with Disabilities on Saturday, we spoke to Sam Tatlow – creative diversity partner at ITV and chair of BAFTA's disability advisory group – and Andrew Miller – disability champion, broadcaster and BAFTA trustee – who shared with us their experiences of working in the screen industries, their thoughts on BAFTA’s commitment to improving access for deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people, and what the industry needs to do next.   • Premiering in UK cinemas today (19 August), the ad targets a 16-34 audience seeing this year’s most anticipated films including Nope, Don’t Worry Darling and Bullet Train
  • A supporting campaign across BAFTA’s social platforms will highlight industry pathways and guidance for the next generation to take a first step into the industry
