Attendees announced for this Sunday's BAFTA Children & Young People Awards

Justin Fletcher, George Webster, Braydon Bent, Cathy Tyson, Bobby Beynon, Taiya Samuel and Grant Orchard are among the nominees confirmed to attend the BAFTA Children & Young People Awards this Sunday.

A host of guest presenters will join them, including Molly Rainford, Dani Harmer, Amir Wilson, Kemi Majeks, Jason Isaacs, MC Grammar, Joseph Coelho, Ben Shires, Alishea Campbell-Drummond,  The Ayodi Family, Nigel Clarke, Inel Tomlinson, and the winners of BAFTA's 2022 Young Presenters Competition.

BAFTA Children & Young People Awards Return

The Awards will coincide with BAFTA's dedicated festival weekend, celebrating its renewed focus for the children’s film, games and television industries

  • 14 awards categories including Non-Scripted, Pre-School Live Action and Young Performer
  • Awards Ceremony to take place on Sunday 27 November at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly
  • Year-round industry and public events confirmed for BAFTA initiatives including Young Creators, Young Game Designers (YGD) and BAFTA Kids’ Roadshow with Place2Be

BAFTA Children's Awards to return in 2022

  • As part of a renewed commitment to the children's media industry, the awards will be preceded by a weekend of ‘BAFTA Kids’ activities in November 2022
  • BAFTA recognised by Action for Children’s Arts with outstanding contribution award alongside Place2Be, the children’s mental health charity
