Linhan Zhang graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. As a director, his thesis film was selected by Cannes Cinéfondation and Tribeca Film Festival. As a producer, his projects have been selected by over 70 Academy-qualifying film festivals including Sundance, Rotterdam, and Tribeca, with one shortlisted for the 94 academy awards best animated short. The films have been distributed on Netflix, HBO, the New York Times Op-Docs, The New Yorker and more. Linhan was a 2017 Sundance Ignite Fellow, an honoree of Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2021, a 2022 Locarno Film Festival Academy Fellow, and a 2022 Producer’s Guild of America Create Fellow.
