BAFTA Los Angeles is closely monitoring and evaluating the COVID-19 outbreak and its impact on our programs and activity here in the US.
Many of our in-person educational programs and new talent initiatives in Los Angeles, including our Newcomers Program, Filmmaking Collective and the Student Film Awards, are continuing via online platforms.
Membership programming will continue by being transferred to online opportunities, and details on those virtual events and screenings will be distributed to Members via email.
While we may not be getting together in person at events for the time being, we will continue to invite our members to join us in other ways.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and we look forward to resuming our in-person event programming as soon as we are able. The wellbeing of our event attendees and program participants remains a top priority, and as we are a small team, we want to ensure we are still able to support our members and community.
