A British composer, who predominantly worked in the field of comedy, providing music for shows featuring the likes of Harry Hill, Steve Coogan, Newman and Baddiel, Rory Bremner and Lenny Henry. A writer of compositions, jingles and songs, Steve Brown’s television credits included The Rory Bremner Show (1988), Spitting Image (1980s-1990s), Knowing Me, Knowing You with Alan Partridge (1994-1995), Ant & Dec Unzipped (1997), Lenny Goes to Town (1998), Not Going Out (2006-2023), New Tricks (2006), Harry Hill’s TV Burp (2007-2010) and many more. He also composed music for such children’s shows as Playaway and Play School.
