A British film and television executive, whose industry roles included senior positions at Anton, Fremantle, Red Production Company and BBC Worldwide. As creative director of global drama at Fremantle, Sarah Doole was a key player in expanding its scripted output, leading to such productions as the Deutschland trilogy (2015-2020), My Brilliant Friend, Picnic At Hanging Rock (both 2018), Beecham House (2019) and The Salisbury Poisonings (2020). She served on Screen Yorkshire’s Board of Directors (2012-2023), where she was a member of its Investment Committee, and also founded and was CEO of talent incubator Sow the Seed, launched in 2022 to support creatives from underrepresented groups.
