A British television presenter, who is best known as one half of the Hairy Bikers duo and their cookery/travelogue series. Before their onscreen success, the two self-taught cooks were industry practitioners: Dave Myers worked as a makeup artist and Simon King was a locations manager. Together, they made multiple iterations of the successful Hairy Bikers formula, including The Hairy Bikers’ Cookbook (2006-2007), The Hairy Bikers’ Food Tour of Britain (2009), The Hairy Bikers Best of British (2011-2013), The Hairy Dieters: How to Love Food and Lose Weight (2012) and, most recently, The Hairy Bikers: Coming Home for Christmas (2023). Many of these series were accompanied by companion cookbooks.
