BAFTA Gala 2024

BAFTA Fundraising Gala, supported by Bulgari, Inside, London, UK - 11 Mar 2022BAFTA/Scott Garfitt

BAFTA’s fundraising Gala will be back in 2024 to raise vital funds for our year-round work to find and support the next generation of screen industry talent.

The Gala, generously supported for the second year by Bulgari, will take place on Thursday 15 February 2024 at the stunning Peninsula London Hotel. Guests will be treated to a very special evening of live entertainment and special guests, joined by world-leading creative talent.

Hosted by Jane Millichip, BAFTA CEO, and Barbara Broccoli CBE, BAFTA Vice President, Film, the evening will start with a star-studded red carpet, followed by a champagne Taittinger reception, dinner in the Peninsula’s St George ballroom with a charity auction, followed by an afterparty with leading DJs.

BAFTA is a world-leading independent arts charity and we need to raise all our own income to fund our work.

The money raised at the Gala will go towards our work to break down barriers to opportunity, enabling all talented people, regardless of life experience, to pursue a career in the screen arts.

It’s vital to support the young people who are trying to enter our industries – particularly now in a cost of living crisis. We support career starters with our bursaries and scholarships, with our mentoring schemes and masterclasses. Via our Young BAFTA programmes, we work in schools throughout the UK to teach young people key life skills such as communication and self-confidence. We work to make the screen arts a fairer and more sustainable place by driving progressive industry culture, and we recognise exceptional storytelling through our Awards. All gala tickets are non-refundable.

If you are not able to attend but would like to make donation to support our work please get in touch via [email protected] or click here.

Bafta is a UK registered charity (no. 216726)
