A British actress, who made her screen debut in Face to Face (1951) and appeared in various series and films before retiring in 1989. Sarah Lawson had supporting roles in such films as The Browning Version (1951), The Solitary Child (1958), Three Crooked Men (1959), The World Ten Times Over (1963), On the Run (1963), Night of the Big Heat (1967), The Devil Rides Out (1968) and The Stud (1978). Recurring television roles included The Trollenberg Terror (1955-1957), The Odd Man (1962-1963) and Within These Walls (1978), with guest spots on the likes of The Buccaneers (1957), The Saint (1965), The Avengers (1966), Callan (1972), Crown Court (1973), The Professionals (1980), Lovejoy (1986) and Bergerac (1981, 1989). She also appeared in various television plays filmed for the BBC and ITV.
