Robbie Robertson

A Canadian singer, songwriter and guitarist, who was a founding member of the Band, which was the focus of the Martin Scorsese documentaries The Last Waltz (1978) and Once Were Brothers (2019). Robbie Robertson also scored eight of Scorsese’s films, from The King of Comedy (1982) to Killers of the Flower Moon (2023), with Gangs of New York (2002) and The Wolf of Wall Street (2013) soundtracks earning him Grammy nominations. As an actor, Robertson appeared in Carny (1980) and The Crossing Guard (1995).
