Richard Dawson

An English born actor, Dawson began his career as a stand-up comedian before finding work in the United States as an actor. His best known role was as British PoW Peter Newkirk in Hogan’s Heroes (1965-71), a show he followed with a popular hosting stint on Family Feud (1976-85, 1994-95).
