An American actor, best known for his US sitcom work, which included recurring roles in Bosom Buddies (1980-1982), Newhart (1984-1990), Honey, I Shrunk the Kids: The TV Show (1997-2000), Girls (2012-2017) and, most recently, Evil (2019-2021). After three nominations for Newhart, he finally won an Emmy for Girls in 2016. Scolari’s film work included Ticks (1993), Camp Nowhere (1994), That Thing You Do! (1996), Suburban Girl (2007) and All You Can Eat (2018).
