Faith discovers that her home in the picturesque town (Carmarthenshire), which is a haven for her and her family, also harbours dark secrets which threaten their future. In pursuit of the truth, Faith steps out of her comfortable existence, as a devout mother and wife, and becomes an uncompromising detective – battling for her family in her quest to discover the truth. For the first time, she is willing to take risks, and she finds strength to seek out the truth.
As well as featuring Eve Myles in her first ever Welsh language role, the cast includes some of Wales' best-loved talent, including Matthew Gravelle (Broadchurch, 35 Diwrnod, Y Gwyll/Hinterland), Mali Harries (Y Gwyll/Hinterland), Mark Lewis Jones (Byw Celwydd, Stella, National Treasure) and Aneirin Hughes (Y Gwyll/Hinterland).
