Fox Barron | BAFTA Reuben Scholarship

Fox Barron | BAFTA Reuben Scholarship

Fox Barron is a neurodivergent artist filmmaker from Bedford. Through a neuroqueer lens they work across moving image, installation, printmaking, drawing and writing.

To be supported by BAFTA is a dream come true. The scholarship provides a vital stepping stone into my career, for which I will always be grateful. The opportunity to work with a mentor will be invaluable. I am very excited to meet them and begin my first term at NFTS.

They graduated from University of the Arts London with a degree in Fine Art and holds an MA in Contemporary Art Practice from the Royal College of Art. Fox has exhibited work in the UK and internationally, including; Whitechapel Gallery, London; Close-Up Cinema, London; G39, Cardiff; Merz Barn, Cumbria; Focal Point Gallery, Southend; Taipei National University of the Arts, Taiwan; WORM, Rotterdam and MediaLabmx, Mexico City.
