FIRST YEAR - LOS ANGELES

Born in Rangilo (Colorful) Rajasthan and raised in the city of dreams Mumbai, India, Rupali came to LA to pursue her dream of becoming a production designer. She is a quirky visualizer who loves to dive deep into imaginative fantasy worlds full of color & dimension to create interesting environments for the characters of a story. She won & got nominated for 9 'Best Production Design' Awards for her thesis film ‘La Casita De La Mariposa'.

She got selected for the prestigious Art Directors Guild Production Design Initiative Program in 2021 and Joined ADG Local 800 as an Assistant Art Director in 2022. She is currently working on the hit fox show ‘9-1-1’ S6 and has previously worked on the hit paramount plus series ‘Star Trek Picard S3’. Rupali was a fellowship recipient at Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts and graduated with an MFA in production design.
