Helen Day

PERFORMER

FIRST YEAR - LOS ANGELES

A British actress and movement specialist, Helen moved to Los Angeles following a world tour with Cirque du Soleil. The move was principally to focus on her love of film and television acting, however she soon found that the world of video games, where she is able to use her movement skills and theatre background whilst on camera, is one in which she thrives. Few things make her happier than creating characters on the Performance Capture stage, and she has worked on AAA titles as well as delivering MoCap for the Henson Company. For Cirque du Soleil she was a principal cover / puppeteer / puppetry coach / aerialist in TORUK based on Avatar.

Other work includes roles in Tim Burton’s MISS PEREGRINE’S HOME FOR PECULIAR CHILDREN, Disney’s OBI-WAN KENOBI, multiple theatre and puppetry tours across the UK and Europe, and roles on both British and US television. She is an established VoiceOver artist and audiobook narrator.
