Key Contributor | Vice-president for EMEA Brand and Portfolio Strategy and Innovation Stephen Lee

Stephen Lee is vice-president for EMEA brand and portfolio strategy and innovation at Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD). He has worked to amplify WBD’s unscripted real-life entertainment portfolio pipeline across key European markets, most recently via the launch of the discovery+ streaming service in 10 countries, including the UK and Ireland. He also worked onsite at the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympics to expand the digital coverage of WBD’s first Olympics broadcast across Europe via Eurosport.

Stephen is passionate about fostering a culture of creativity, innovation and inclusion in the workplace. He spearheaded Spark Innovation in 2017, which has become the largest annual internal employee crowdsourced ideas programme at Discovery. An avid supporter of mentorship, Stephen also regularly contributes to learning and development programmes, and he launched Every Voice, a company-wide diversity, equity and inclusion employee story exchange.

Outside of the office, Stephen regularly performs with Comediasians, London’s premier pan-Asian improv comedy troupe, to advance representation and diverse stories in the live comedy scene.
