Full Voting Membership

Full voting membership of our academy is open to experienced and influential professionals who have made outstanding contributions to the film, games or television industries.

Successful applicants typically have at least five years' experience working in film, games or television in a key creative, head of department, or senior executive role, and support our mission to champion creativity and share our vision for a more inclusive, sustainable industry.

As experts in their fields, Full members vote for BAFTA's Awards, recognising exceptional storytelling and supporting new talent. Members enjoy access to our spectacularly restored members’ club at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly, a year-round programme of screenings and events, networking opportunities, and exclusive offers from our partners.

We especially welcome applications from people working in games; from people belonging to groups or communities currently underrepresented in the screen industries; and from people living and working outside of London, particularly those based in the Northwest of England, Wales, Scotland or North America.
