Winner's acceptance speech for Killing Eve in the Drama Series category

PHOEBE WALLER-BRIDGE:  Oh my God.  Wow.  Thank you all so much.  Thank you, BAFTA, so much for this.  As you can see, this is an unbelievably charismatic and brilliant and energetic, risk-taking team, and none of this would have happened without every single one of them.  I can't speak; this is so unbelievably exciting.

So massive, massive thank you first and foremost  to Luke Jennings, who wrote the novellas that these are based off, so none of this would ever have appeared and these characters would never have happened on TV if it wasn't for him.  So thank you, Luke.

And then to Sally Woodward Gentle and Lee Morris and everyone at Sid Gentle films for making this happen and bringing this incredible team together.  Harry Bradbeer for leading the charge and Colin Wratten for producing the hell out of this show, and then Jenny Robins, who just storylined more than anyone has ever storylined anything before.

And our incredible, incredible cast, and just to say thanks to everyone in it for just taking massive risks the whole time.  Jodie Comer almost swallowed a watch wasp in Tuscany.  It was a really edgy moment that we did capture somewhere.  Maybe one day.

But thank you to so much.  I'm really sorry, if I have forgotten anybody.

Anyway, thank you so much, ladies and gentlemen.

And Gary!  Gary Dollner.

HARRY BRADBEER:  Gary Dollner, you are the most amazing editor who has been another author in this whole process, and I have to say, I can now stand and say thank you, Phoebe, for being the most extraordinary collaborator, amazing writer, just -- it is all me.  And Sally and Colin and Lee and Luke who wrote the books.  You have just thanked everybody, haven't you?  I couldn't hear you.  Thank you very much.  I praise Phoebe.
