Red carpet interview with Felicity Jones

A. It is very exciting.
Q. I was just talking to Steve Carell and he said it is a little bit like being in a wedding where you don't get to take it all in because it goes so fast. Congratulations on your amazing portrayal of Jane Hawking, what a dream role. It is beautiful.
A. Thank you. Well she is just a phenomenal woman and I had such admiration and affection for her and she has been so supportive all the way through and she and Stephen are going to be here tonight so it really feels we are all coming together to celebrate something that is unexpected to be here, so it is great.
Q. The thing I find incredible is you play a woman through so many stages, you are so young yourself, a lot of experiences you could never have gone through yourself, it is wonderful.
A. Well, thank you. I love that. So young. Hanging on to it for dear life.
Q. How proud are you of Eddie as well, you have gone on this journey together playing the roles and the film being received so well by everyone?
A. It is fantastic. We are all such great friends and it started off as a friendship between James Marsh the director and Eddie and I immediately when we started we just clicked and that is what fun, working with people you really like and respect.
Q. Congratulations and well done with the film. It is a beautiful film.
