A director of sexploitation and occasionally hardcore films, Sarno produced over 70 features with early titles including Sin in the Suburbs (1964) and Moonlighting Wives (1966), before more explicit softcore films such as Inga (1968), Vibrations (1968), Passion in Hot Hollows (1969) and Confessions of a Young American Housewife (1974).
