Best known to television audiences as Detective Sergeant Ed Brown in American police drama Ironside (1967-75), Galloway played a close associate of Raymond Burr’s paralysed character. Active on stage and screen he also appeared in The Virginian (1963), Wagon Train (1965) and had a role in The Big Chill (1983).
