The distinctive Irish accent of Professor Clare resonated through countless television documentaries in the QED strand, among others. He was also an insightful interviewer in his series In The Psychiatrist’s Chair – which began on television before transferring to radio – and later in The Anthony Clare Interview series for Scottish television.
