All shortlisted nominees will be contacted to ensure they are still wanting to participate in the competition and are available on the required date, Sunday 2nd February 2020.  The winners will then be selected by a jury of up to 10 individuals that will have been selected by BAFTA as either BAFTA board members or notable personalities within the film industry. The winners will be notified via telephone or email.

Entries will be reviewed based on their social impact, reach and innovative nature.

If the winner is unable for any reason to accept the prize or cannot be contacted by the competition deadline, BAFTA reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.

The decision made by BAFTA is final. No further correspondence will be entered into.

BAFTA accepts no responsibility for entries not received. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Incomplete and late entries will not be accepted.

By submitting to the competition the entrant consents for BAFTA to use all components of the entry for marketing and promotional purposes including but not limited to the testimonial, images, URLS, videos and press cuttings.
