Use these steps as a framework for your team, or just for ideas! It’s up to you how you design your game. Just make sure you submit your entry by Monday 18 October 2010.

Choose a main role for each of you in the design team (Writer, Artist, Level Designer, etc). Your individual skills may overlap and you might you do more than one thing, but someone should be responsible for each area.
Teamwork is an essential skill in game design. Write or draw your ideas clearly so they are easy to understand by other people in your team. Make sure the whole team is aware of any changes to the original idea, or any small detail.
Think of an exciting name for your team that will stand out from the crowd!
Plan when your team will meet to work together, whether it’s weekends, in the holidays or during the school day, allowing for everything you need to do.
Being able to ask for and respond to feedback is an essential skill in games design and development. Build in feedback time to your design schedule: include a week at the end to ask friends and family for their thoughts on your game and your submission to BAFTA. Their thoughts might help you change it to make it better or easier to communicate and understand.
