Following the success of Calmer's two masterclasses for BAFTA members since December, next month brings you the final of our series of workshops, designed to help you learn empowering methods for nurturing good mental health and wellbeing.
Led by Calmer's Tania Diggory, this masterclass will provide you with knowledge and techniques on how to build and maintain your mental resilience, exploring important skills such as empathy, patience and self-awareness, and utilise a range of practical, reflective exercises that will enable you to take stock of where you are now in your career, what challenges you may be facing and where you want to be.
