All you need to know about booking your place at one of our screenings and using the online calendar.
Booking seats is quick and easy. Next to each screening or event on the Calendar you will notice the addition of a 'Book Seats' button. Simply click this button and you will be prompted to choose and confirm your seats. After confirming you will be emailed your ticket to print out and bring with you to the screening.

a) You must be logged into the Members' Area of the website to view and book members' events and screenings. To log in to the Members Area enter your registered email address and password.
b) Members can book online as soon as the event or screening is featured in the Members' Newsletter sent out every Wednesday morning at 9.30am.
c) Once you have a successful booking, a confirmation page will appear on your computer screen.
d) An e-ticket will then be automatically generated and will be sent to your email address. Please print this out and bring it with you to the screening. If no confirmation e-mail appears, the booking has not been made.
e) Please put the bottom half of your email ticket in the tray at Reception when you arrive.
f) If you have forgotten, mislaid or been unable to print your ticket, please fill in the replacement ticket form at Reception.
g) If the screening is fully booked online, you will be given the option of joining the waiting list. The waiting list system will email the person at the top of the list when there is a cancellation. This function is active until 12 noon on the day of the screening.
h) If the waiting list system does not email you by 12 noon on the day of the screening, you need to apply for tickets on the day in person. Tickets are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis 45 minutes before the screening is due to start.
i) Members who book for, but fail to attend, two screenings or events in a row will be barred from booking online for a month.
j) You may cancel a ticket online by logging into the Members' Area of the website and clicking on 'My Bookings' next to the 'Log Out' function above the main toolbar. Or, if you are unable to access a computer, you may call Reception. This should be done by 6pm on the day before the screening to allow time for your ticket to be reallocated. If you cancel tickets after this time you will be registered as having missed a screening.
k) If you know that your guest is not coming, please cancel their ticket by logging on to the members' area or calling 020 7734 0022 by 6pm on the day before the event or screening.
k) Logged-in Members can view their current bookings by clicking on the 'My Bookings' link at the top of the screen.

a) If your guest does not attend and you have not cancelled their ticket by 6pm on the day before the screening or event, you will be logged as absent and the usual penalties will apply.
b) A small number of seats will always be available to members and their guests on the door for our events (as with our screenings programme). These will be given out 45 minutes before the event start time.

Members who do not have an email address may make a booking by calling Reception on 020 7734 0022 on weekdays.
a) Bookings by telephone open at the same time as online bookings.
b) Tickets will only be allocated if there is availability within the advance booking allocation.
c) If all bookable tickets have been allocated, members without email must apply for the remaining tickets on the day.
d) Reception is often busy. If we cannot take your booking straight away, we will take your number and call you back.
e) Members who have access to email may not book screenings by phone.

25% of the house is allocated on the day of the screening, 45 minutes in advance, on a first-come-first-served basis, regardless of whether or not you are on the online waiting list.
Members who wish to attend consecutive screenings should try to book in advance via the online booking system or by telephone if they are not online. Alternatively, they can apply for tickets in the intermission between the screenings with the understanding that tickets may not be available by the time the first screening is finished.
