Molly Dineen at Wales International Documentary Festival

In partnership with our festival partner - Wales International Documentary Festival - the television documentary director, cinematographer and producer Molly Dineen joins us to share her insights into documentary film making.

Molly was awarded The Grierson Memorial Trust 2003 Trustees' Award for outstanding contribution to the art of documentary and won a BAFTA and Grierson Award for her film The Lie of the Land. 

Her most recent film, Being Blacker tells the story of the renowned record shop owner and music producer, Blacker Dread, and the wider Brixton community.


16.00 - roundtable with up to 10 local filmmakers facilitated by Carys Lewis. Please note, priority will be given to female filmmakers who are BAFTA members. Email Vicki to request a place. 

18.00 Q&A with BAFTA members and WIDF attendees. BAFTA members - please email Vicki to reserve your place. Non members will be able to purchase a ticket via the Chapter box office.
