BAFTA Cymru are delighted to invite you to an evening with Paul Islwyn Thomas (CEO) and Connie Fisher (Development Executive, Formats &Feature) from Cardiff's Wildflame - a division of the Flame international distribution network.

As part of our series of events focusing on new Welsh production companies and following an evening with Bad Wolf in 2016, we are going to be hosting this special evening where Paul and Connie will answer questions from the audience, talk about their own career paths and share their thoughts on what it means to them to be part of the Wildflame team.

With bases in Cardiff and London, Wildflame is part of the Flame international distribution network focused on the needs of broadcasters, co-production partnerships, new funding options and innovative production models.

Paul Islwyn Thomas is one of the most experienced and well-respected executives working in the television and film industry in Wales. Paul joined Flame Media Group to lead its new UK division Wildflame and is responsible for the overall creative and business strategy of the company.

Connie Fisher moved into the world of television after a career as a West End leading lady. She made her name as a musical actress at the London Palladium playing Maria Von Trapp in The Sound of Music. Connie is delighted to be a part of the Wildflame team, developing fact ent formats, factual and entertainment programmes.

Email your questions for Paul and Connie to Vicki ahead of the event or tweet them to BAFTACymru.
