Access & Location

When does the venue open and close during events?

General hours are 8.00am until 1.00am.

Where are the nearest hotels?

195 Piccadilly is located in the heart of London’s West End offering access to some of the capitals best hotels including: The Dorchester, the Ritz, Le Meridien, Jermyn Street Hotel, the Sofitel, the Cavendish, Thistle Hotels.

Where can I park?

There is some parking space on Jermyn Street just behind 195 Piccadilly. The nearest car park is Old Burlington Street near Bond Street.

What access is there to the building for offloading and loading?

There is no official loading bay just outside the building but vehicles can pull up on the ‘hatched area' behind the traffic island to unload. Jermyn Street, just parallel to Piccadilly, can also be used for parking and loading.

Food & drink

Can I bring my own caterers?

We have an exceptional in-house catering team and have an Accredited List of Kosher Caterers. Please contact the Events Team on 020 7292 5860 for further information.

A ‘Buy-Out Option’ is available on certain weekends throughout the year.

What is your licence for drinking?

We have a licence until 12.00am (guests to finish drinking alcohol at 11.00pm and soft drinks at 11:30pm). The premises must be cleared by 12.00am. For drinking after 12.00am we can apply for a late licence (subject to approval and additional charge).
