At certain times of the year the entire venue can be hired on an exclusive basis providing flexibility of spaces and event timings.

At certain times of the year clients are able to hire the entire building, including the Members’ Bar, on an exclusive basis. This allows clients the greatest flexibility in the start and finish times for their event and a wider choice and combination of galleries to host the most complex of events. It also ensures clients have the added flexibility to select one of our accredited Kosher or Asian (coming soon) caterers.

We also partner with a number of discerning suppliers who are able to design and create unique and memorable events. Our Event Managers will be delighted to discuss your event with you and help identify the best suppliers .

Available on weekends, our ‘buy out’ fee starts from £10,000.00 + VAT.

Included in this hire fee is the following:

Use of all the spaces on an exclusive basis on a weekend: David Lean Room and Foyer Bar, Princess Anne Theatre, Run Run Shaw and Mezzanine, Gallery, Boardroom, Private Members Club
Dedicated Banqueting Manager
Two security staff
One hostess (based at reception) and available for assisting with ushering guests
Service staff to deliver the event.
In-house linen (black and white) and standard crockery, cutlery and essential catering equipment to deliver the event.

We would supply the catering for this event unless you required kosher catering. Should you wish to hire the premises and have kosher catering, this charge would apply, and one of our accredited kosher caterers would be used. Please see our accredited list for details.
