BAFTA / Tim Winter 195's kitchen, led by Head Chef Anton Manganaro, presents the best of British produce and uses carefully selected local suppliers to create fresh seasonal produce. Food is freshly prepared in the 195 kitchens each day.
Anton likes to meet every client and make menu suggestions at a specially arranged tasting - a complimentary service available to every client who is hosting an event.
Anton and his team work closely with Beverages Manager, Graham Lloyd Bennett and our Master Sommelier to select wines which fully complement the menu. These wines have been selected from small boutique growers enabling clients to experience interesting wines which are not commonly found in the capital. Naturally, we also present wines from the British Isles.
The dining experience at 195 is not just about great food but also about eye-catching presentation ensuring that your event has the wow factor. Our Events Team work with a range of suppliers to help you create a unique design, incorporating furniture, table linen, flowers, lighting and entertainment.
A brand new wine list is being launched this autumn, courtesy of our new supplier, Justerini & Brooks. To help you make your selection, we have a recommendation from Club Manager Graham
From our new wine list we will be serving an excellent English sparkling from Bolney Estate, West Sussex, as well as a Blanc de Blancs 2009, 100% Chardonnay. Clean, crisp and flinty, with some yeasty undertones, the latter would be ideal as an aperitif, or served with potted shrimps or strong cheeses
