John Garvey from Harrow, north- west London, is awarded £8,250 towards the MA in Screenwriting at the London College of Communication, University of the Arts London. John graduated from Brunel University in July 2016, where he received a BA in Creative Writing. He currently works as a part time sales assistant in a supermarket, a job he held throughout his undergraduate study.
