Delyth Thomas

Delyth is a three-time BAFTA-nominated director whose work encompasses primetime drama, comedy and iconic family shows.  

Recent directing credits include Ben Chanan’s new UK/German series Then You Run (Kudos/Sky), Silent Witness (BBC Studios), Vera (Silverprint Pictures/ITV) and the final episodes of Victoria (Mammoth Screen/ITV/PBS). Equally at home with raw talent, Delyth directed on The Worst Witch (BBC/ZDF/Netflix) and Hetty Feather (BBC), both earning her BAFTA nominations in 2018 and 2016 respectively, and she also helmed three seasons of The Story of Tracy Beaker (BBC), for which she was first nominated in 2003.  

As a voice director for games, she has worked on the likes of Tropico 6 (Limbic Entertainment), RuneScape (Jagex) and recent 2023 release Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened (Frogware Games).  

Delyth speaks Welsh, German, some French and is a proud Brummie.
