He has developed some of the finest talents in comedy, as well as founded one of the UK's best known production companies, Tiger Aspect Group. At the 2011 BAFTA Television Awards he received the Special Award for his contribution to his craft and his involvement with the Comic Relief and Sport Relief projects.

In the full video, available to view now on BAFTA Guru, Bennett-Jones argues fervently for more socially ambitious programming in today’s television schedule. He called for content producers to place a greater emphasis on social issues so that television may be put to its full potential as an agent for positive change.
