"Sherlock of course!! Now we just have to wait for series 3! I an completely Sherlocked and I wish Sherlock could win ALL the BAFTAs"

Eleanor

"Sherlock. Without a doubt. And Benedict Cumberbatch being utterly beautiful is not even the main reason. The whole cast are outstanding. They play each role perfectly, and there is not one moment when an actor is not convincing. The scripts are well written and a fantastic ode to the Conan Doyle books, both far more faithful yet diverse than America's Elementary (from what I've seen so far). Sherlock has made me laugh, cry and has become my favourite show ever. And it's not just because I'm an over-emotional teenage fangirl who fancies Benedict Cumberbatch."

Will

"I watched all the nominations for this award. Juice made me laugh and would be great if it won. Frozen planet was above adverage but I felt had been done befire. Sherlock was the best written drama this year if not ever written. Fresh Meat was above average I found the characters very funny and intelligent. The british bake off was a good show but I felt it created too much fake drama. However all cooking/baking shows do now any way. But for the show which had drama, comedy, passion in it was educating essex. This show most people could relate to and for me was the most plesurable to watch."

"Fresh Meat was an exceptionally enjoyable, superbly-acted and precisely-written comedy drama. There was no waiting round for the show to find itself - it hit the ground running and never stopped. "

Julia Simmons

(24-54-2012)

"Why on earth isn't 'Call the Midwife' on the list?! A brilliantly made and HUGELY popular drama that broke veiwing figures records should surely be the most obvious choice for an 'audence award' nomination. Makes a bit on a nonsense of such an award when the series that broke audience records isn't even shortlisted. "
