The Inbetweeners: YouTube Audience Award Winner in 2010

In 2010 the British public voted for The Inbetweeners as their favourite TV Show of past year in the YouTube Audience Award.

Logo: YouTube Voting took place on YouTube and the Audience Award was presented by YouTuber Charlie McDonnell and Gavin & Stacey star Joanne Page at the Television Awards on Sunday 6 June 2010.

A selection of industry experts were sent top 30 Barb ratings of 2009 and were asked to think of any other programmes that had made an impact in 2009. The panel then met on Wednesday 12 May at BAFTA Headquarters in central London to discuss the long list of titles and choose six shortlisted programmes to be put to the public vote.

The nominated shows must have been screened in 2009, captured the public imagination and demonstrated excellence in key areas.
