Carmen Zapata

An American stage, film and television actress of Mexican-Argentinian descent who co-founded the Bilingual Foundation of the Arts, Zapata played a key role in championing Latino and Hispanic culture in the theatrical profession. On screen she was best known for roles in Sister Act (1992) and Death in Granada (1996).
