As the daughter of celebrated actor-manager Sir Donald, Wolfit followed in his footsteps and enjoyed an acting career spent largely in the theatre. But she did appear in occasional television series such as The Four Just Men (1959), No Hiding Place (1961) and a BBC adaptation of Oliver Twist (1961).
