An American director who broke through at the Sundance Film Festival with the innovative micro-budgeted Tadpole (2002), Winick championed affordable, digital filmmaking through his company InDiGent. He went on to receive wider plaudits still for films including 13 Going On 30 (2004), Charlotte’s Web (2006) and Letters To Juliet (2010).
