A veteran in the staid world of hand drawn animation, Silvey contributed to popular American television shows including George of the Jungle (1967) and Dudley Do-Right (1969). She also worked on the feature 1001 Arabian Nights (1959), the television special Mister Magoo’s Christmas Carol (1962) and The Bullwinkle Show (1961).
