A prolific Filipino filmmaker whose most notable work was produced under the aegis of Roger Corman, Santiago is best remembered for the exploitation movies TNT Jackson (1975) and She Devils In Chains (1976). Other films include Cover Girl Models (1975), Vampire Hookers (1978), Caged Fury (1983) and Equalizer 2000 (1986).
